📦 Delivery Times Orders are delivered within approximately 24–48–72 business hours via our courier OnTime. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2:00 PM are shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to factors outside D’Torres’ control (e.g., carrier delays).
💶 Shipping Costs Free shipping for orders over 50€. For orders below that amount, the shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout. Shipments are available to the Spanish Peninsula via OnTime. Please contact customer service for other destinations.
📍 Order Tracking After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status at any time.
🔁 Returns
⏳ Return Window You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return, in accordance with applicable consumer regulations.
📦 Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in perfect condition
- Retain original packaging
- Include all accessories, tags, and original components
Returns of used, damaged, or incomplete items will not be accepted.

We recommend keeping the original packaging to speed up the return process.
💰 Refunds Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order. Estimated refund processing time is 5 to 10 business days after we receive the returned item. 💸 Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors in the original shipment.
