• No internal seams: The interior is completely free of seams in direct contact with the foot, eliminating the risk of chafing, erythema and injuries to fragile skin or skin affected by diabetic neuropathy.
• D'Torres® K Last — extra wide: Designed to accommodate wide feet, hallux valgus (bunions), hammer toes and any deformity requiring greater interior space, without creating pressure points.
• Removable anatomical DiabCare® insole: The included insole is anatomical, cushioning, stabilising and non-slip. Being fully removable, it can be replaced with custom orthopaedic insoles prescribed by a podiatrist or specialist physician.
• Breathable materials: The combination of premium cowhide leather and elastic lycra promotes interior ventilation, regulating temperature and moisture — critical factors for the diabetic foot.

Upper and Materials

• Upper: Adaptable cowhide leather combined with high-quality elastic lycra. The lycra gently conforms to the morphology of the foot, respecting deformities without generating compression.

Why is seam-free footwear important for the diabetic foot?
